This plants multiplies by itself, waxy green & white leafed and the back of the leaf is burgundy.

Sounds like it is the Zebra plant or the botanical name is (Calathea sp) it may also be known as the peacock plant. There are over 300 different species of this plant so there are alot of different coloured foliage types of this plant .
