How to transfer pictures from my back flip cell phone to my lap top?

i have the Motorola Back Flip cell phone and my charger can also be a usb cable. so i plugged it into my lap top and plugged my phone in too and nothing happened. my blue tooth never works so i dont know what to do. thanks

The answer to your question is plug you android phone into the computer and on the android phone a options is going to come up make sure you chose disk drive, once you have done that, your computer is going to ask you do u want to scan the drive , and you say no continue without scanning, and u open up the hard drive in my computer on your laptop
