shoes you like to wear but cause havoc/damage your Tights...? ex High heels..they cause you to put pressure on your toes which put tights under stress..plus the leather ankle straps rub the nylon

Those shoes are not for wearing with tights/pantyhose. Shoes with velcro are also a no-no with pantyhose/tights.
