i heard that the long leg tights made by skins can remove lactic acid after training is this true?

As the questions says someone told me that the long leg tights that "skins" make can aid the removal of latic acid .I am a swimmer i would wear them after training to help recover so if this is true could you also tell me which ones would work best or do they all do the same thing.

never heard about that one. The "skin" tights are more for the reduction of resistance (aqua dynamics) then pressing the lactic acid out of your cells (???). If you're working out right, you should not have muscle problems, or if you have them (because you worked new muscles groups or increased your out-put), the best way to get rid of the acid in the deep tissue is to drink (real) mineral water (like perriot etc.), not just artificially carbonated juices, and to continue working out (to get the cells move out the 'junk').
