what are kimono sleeves?

I am looking at a jumper on ebay and it says it has kimono style sleeves. Does this mean that the sleeves are stuck to the body part and you can't move your arms? What are these sleeves?

It is inspired by the japanese kimono, but really it can be used to describe any sleeve that is cut in one peice with the rest of the top. So basicly there is no armhole seam.
