Is it ok to wear a super short skirt with tights?
hi i just bought a skirt from the internet but it looks shorter than i thought it would. Here is the skirt:

It is really pretty but frilly and short..would it be ok (i.e. non-slutty) to wear it with a black long-sleeved shirt/blazer, + fishnet tights, knee-high flat boots and stripey black and purple legwarmers over the fishnets?
