I'm a fair skinned medium length hair blonde if that helps.
And I will probably be wearing it with sheer stockings and black boots.
(by the way the colours are more like different shades of blue mixed in with a very light brown colour it doesn't show it very well in the pic)

It will look cute. Its very unique. Like a rocker boho. I suggest that you leae your hair down. If you straighten it it will look cool. Try a smokey eye too. Hope I helped.
