Hence, consuming a sufficient amount of yoghurt on a daily basis and a tablespoonful of yeast before each meal is an excellent home remedy for prevention as well as treatment of premature gray. If one desires to take tablets of calcium pantothenate and para-aminobenzoic acid also paba, they should be taken in addition to the yeast and yoghurt and not as a substitute for any of them.

Things You Should Stay Away From

Devitalizing foods such as white flour, refined sugar and all products made from them, soft drinks, pastries, jams and jellies. These foods mentioned take away energy, causes premature wrinkles, unattractive skin, graying of hair as well as premature old age.
