If you found out that a 17 year old girl wore this to school, what would you think of her?

On freezing cold days when I wear a skirt and sweater (or sweater dress) with heels, sometimes I wear this instead of regular pantyhose:

It's a bodystocking. It's basically hose that goes all the way up to my neck and has sleeves. It's really uncomfortable, but it keeps me warm when it's freezing and whenever I can put up with it for a day.

What would you think if you found out somebody my age was wearing this to school?
Yes, nobody notices.
No I don't wear anything below, it has an area that opens and closes if I really had to "go," which I usually avoid doing anyways.

I don't wear panties below hose in general, it's too bulky.
