i have a three foot purple leaf plum its leader on top is half the size of the trunk?
at the top of the leader alot of leaves are starting to sprout, it almost looks like what it looks like when you top a tree. what should i do with this? cut limb off? or let it stay and see what happens. it actually is the only limb that didn't die when i transplanted it. the new sprouts on the tree looks good also.
