ugg ripped at seam on the side of my foot!?
I got my pair of uggs 2 years ago and last year I got a big rip on the seam connecting the bottom of the boot to the fabric part. I would buy a new pair but I really like the color I have now and I'd feel like I was wasting my money if I bought the same exact shoes again. My friend told me that uggs are never supposed to rip on the seam and that if you send them back to UGG Australia they'll send you a new pair. Does anyone know if this is true?? Do you know anyone this has worked for?
I don't know but I doubt that you would get them replaced after two years. Thats a lot of wear and tear. You wouldn't be wasting your money if your current pair are ripped, you'd be replacing your favourite pair of shoes.
