feces in gourmet food?

i am a los angeles chef interested in innovative cooking methods- i recently had the idea of integrating feces into the cooking at my restaurant. i secretly included it in dishes which included any kind of chunky sauce such as pasta dishes and overall received a very good response. i was wondering, though, could i encounter legal trouble for not telling these people about the new ingredient? there are plenty of chefs that include secret ingredients and methods in their foods..
