No, you cannot get a citation just for having a mole on your leg. You'll make friends but it won't get you in trouble. Legs are a beautiful thing so it makes no sense to cite someone for that. Whoever said that might've been being silly or playing a game. You only get citations when you break the school or playground or campus rules. Then you're in trouble.
