Will using a purple based toner dye the white in my hair purple ?
I've recently bleached my hair and it's still yellow with a tiny hint of orange so I was going to use a blonde toner on it but as these are purple will it dye the parts of my hair that are like, bright white, purple ?
no, not unless you leave it on for longer than it says. I use purple toner every time i bleach my hair.
and even if you leave it on too long you can hardly see the purple.
