What to wear for my birthday night out without showing my legs?

Ok - unusual situation, but here we go. Last week I found a cat on the road who was unfortunately very freaked out and in the process of getting him to a vet, he scratched my legs to pieces!

My boyfriend is taking me for a meal then clubbing on Saturday for my birthday. Can anyone make any suggestions as to what to wear that covers at least below my knee, if not my whole legs? I am a real dress girl, so I usually don't wear jeans to go out!

So far my thoughts are either skinny jeans, cropped leggings or opaque tights. Worn with what though... I don't know!
