how to change normal clothes into punk?

i know i already asked this question but i got no good answers. I have the punk attitude and i live the lifestyle, but i do not have the type of clothes to show this. My family doesn't have alot to spare for luxuries. i have the basic clothes, pants, tight pants, tight and baggy t's, tight and and loose long sleeve. knee socks, I know how to sew and I have buttons. i don't want to go with the ripped plaid, black skirt, fishnet stockings, and boots look. more of a modernized punk, but NOT THAT POSER HOT TOPIC STUFF. thanks. ten points best answer.

It doesn't matter. Your clothes should be an expression of YOURSELF - not someone else's idea of how they think you should dress. No matter what the hell you wear.
