How do I shrink a long sleeve shirt?

I orded a large long sleeve shirt that's 50% cotton and 50% polyester. I recieved it and the sleeves are a little too big. What can I do to shrink it maybe to one size down? Thanks!

The only way to shrink the sleeves is to alter them.

Since you just ordered this shirt, I would return it either for an exchange or a refund.

Washing it in hot water and drying it will not shrink it. Plus you will not be able to return the shirt if you wash it and dry it...then you'll be stuck with it.

Honestly...just return it.
