I found a 100$ lolita blouse when going shopping with my friends, It is really incredible, what your guys know how much does a ruffled cotton lolita blouse with long sleeves cost?

It depends on many factors, but generally, Japanese lolita brand named blouses are usually up at that range, and don't be all too surprised if other high end designer brands (lolita or not) make clothes that are around or much higher. The thing is with these items is that there is a huge focus on quality; the idea is that it's meant to be worn quite often and not to be thrown away so easily. If you compare a blouse from a shop like Angelic Pretty to H&M, you can easily tell that the lace on AP's blouses are much softer, the cotton isn't thin, and the details are quite intricate and one of a kind, while the H&M blouse is mass marketed (no offense against H&M; it's a good store, but it's not haute couture).
