Where can I buy cheap gothic lolita or anime cosplay dresses in england or online?

I would like to buy a gothloli dress or cosplay outfit for an upcoming anime convention. The problem is it needs to be cheap, and bought in pounds sterling (£). I have looked on ebay, but most of the clothes are too expensive or not suitable. Any other ideas where i could buy stuff like this, either in a shop or online?

I went to the store in the Harajuku district in Tokyo. It had a lot of lolita clothing for cheap. The website is in other world currendies I think so you may find what you're looking for there.
