Would ladies be willing to wear a leotard as lingerie for their guys?

I think that some leotards are quite sexy, but my girlfriend is only occasionally willing to wear one for me at night. I think of them as a lycra/opaque teddie. Has any other lady been asked to wear one before? I understand this is eccentric, but is it a request that is way too werid to consider?
