Few football fans had heard of the injury until England skipper David Beckham broke his ankle in a shocking tackle by Deportivo La Coruna's Pedro Duscher two months before the finals in Japan and South Korea. To add insult to injury, Duscher just happened to be Argentine.

What is a Sprained Ankle
