How do you reduce your thigh size?
I've tried running, walking, leg weights, and dieting... out of all of those things i've only gone down from a 7 to a 5 in jeans. What is the most effective method to reducing your leg size?
I would keep the exercise momentum up, or maybe try the Elliptical trainer... do different exercises because your body may be used to the same things... you have to switch it up.
