What does it mean if my leg is warm?
At work tonight, I started to feel a warm sensation around the outside of my upper left leg. It felt like there was a heater just on that spot. I looked at it and there is a large red spot. My mom said it may just be a rash, but I've never gotten one. Is that what it is, or is it more serious?
Check it out, even if there is no pain it could be a blood clot forming there. Sit down with your legs out and flex your toes back and point them down, if you have pain in your calves while doing this then it may be a positive side. If you don't treat a blood clot it could detach itself and travel up to your lungs.
