Opinions appreciated: beachy or classy?

This may seem like a stupid question however it has proven quite the dilemma for me.
I am 15 years old, 5ft 9in, skinny, long curly hair and stuck between two looks haha!
Opinions are appreciated, a beachy look or classy and lady-like?
beachy being: bikinis, anklets, singlets, longboards etc.
classy being: Berets, handbags, attractive but relatively conservative clothing, gold jewelry etc.
My personality does not reflect on one of the looks more, and I can not be both ahha.
