How do you look cute with knee length socks?

I've always like knee socks and I recently obtained a pair but I realized I have no idea on how I should wear them and still look cute and the same time. I have another pair that is just plain black.

They don't go over my knee, they reach just under it.

Now, does anyone know how to wear these socks and look supercute as well?

okay its really simple...

-just wear a really short skirt and a tank top
-wear it over leggings and a shirt
-wear running shoes, leggings under them, really short shorts over the leggings, and a running tank top!
