How do you make a Jester wand/staff?
I have a dress up night to go to on Easter Night and the theme is Medieval, I am going as a a jester I have the tights and the and the hat now all I need is a Jester Wand/Staff but I don't want to buy one unless it is cheaper than making one.
so does any one know how to make one?
even if it's a website that I can get instructions from please
I am not buying one!
