What to wear for photo shoot?

I have been asked by a friend of mine to do a photo shoot for her for a contest she is entering in a magazine. She will be wearing a purple dress and has to wear pantyhose with it. I will be using a Canon G9 and will be doing the shoot indoors in an office setting. My question is what color hosiery should she wear - nude/suntan/black - and what style is best for this kind of shoot. Thanks for your help

nude or suntan. black would not look very good in that kind of setting.
