Do you want to be a realistic- looking girl? Because I think many cross- dressers or transexuals end up looking a bit silly because their view of what the other sex is like is not what they're really like. You say you like short mini skirts and pink- but do you actually see many women going around who look like that? Only little girls and those women with great figures. A cross dresser is not going to get away with it- I'm really sorry.
It would help if you said how old you were.
My advice is- don't go overboard buying all the things which scream 'girly.' Most women buy handbags and clothes etc on the basis of creating a sensible outfit, not looking like a barbie doll, and the majority wear trousers more than skirts.
Being male you don't have natural curves so you need to create some. Get things which have fitted waists, buttons down the front that you can unbutton slightly giving the impression there is something in there (wear a padded bra), and wear trousers in a feminine cut- but not anything tight because your legs will not look good- they just look like a man wearing women's clothes . If you want to wear a skirt then you need to hide your calves- a big giveaway. And don't make the skirt too short. Why not try long- boots, they're nice and girly. try a knee length skirt that pinches around the lower thigh and then flares out- I'm only guessing but in my imagination this looks curvy. Put that with a fitted jacket with the top buttons undone.
If you want to wear makeup- don't pick bright colours. They will make you look garish and fake. And don't wear both lipstick and eyeshadow- one or the other. Personally I'd say eyeshadow. Lipstick is a strong look that even most women look silly wearing especially since lots of men have thin lips. Get a book on makeup or something and learn the colours that match your skin tone and eyes. Basic kit is a concealer for eye circles and spots, foundation, a light base eye colour, dark eyeshadow for making shadow round the eye, and some mascara. That is all you need.
