Flat Soaker Hose or Regular soaker hose, which one is better?

I am planning my garden watering system, found there are two type of soaker hoses in store: flat or regular, do anybody know which one is better? Thank you.

I use the black round soaker hose that its made out of a somewhat spongy/permeable plastic. It has been fine for me for about three years now with no deterioration. I got it at HD, but the also have them at OSH or ACE. I have had problems with the flat ones in the past, they just dont seem to get a many angles as the round one, and I have never found a flat one made out of that same material.
