Are there jeans for people without fat stomachs?
Seriously. I cannot get a pair of jeans to fit me because I do not carry fat on my belly. The loose fabric ends up bunching horizontally across the front--even if the waist fits. (Not vertically, which would indicate too long of a rise--I'm 5'5" and have a long torso and short legs, so that's not the problem.)
If a pair fits my feminine hips, thighs, and butt, the front panel is inevitably too wide. I guess most people with fat butts have fat bellies too.
My lower belly basically curves in from my hip bones, and then out again for my abs, and my abs just don't protrude enough to take up all the extra fabric.
Does anyone else have this problem? Have you found a brand or style of jeans that work?
I can't really get any cotton pants to fit properly--I'm stuck wearing poly/spandex dress pants most of the time.
Well...Maybe you're wearing them too high up on you're stomach? Because that happens to me if I pull them way up I were mine at my hips. Or maybe the problem is you're underweight. If not you need to stick to sweats! ): Sorry but I have a big butt so any extra space is used over there haha. well yeah..
Go to a tailor see how they fix it then when you go shopping get jeans that look like the ones the tailor fixed.
Oh and I'm really skinny actually 3 pounds underweight and all my jeans fit well with a belt or some without then again I have wide hips and small waistline
