so i haven't dressed up for halloween in like maybe 4 years but i really wanna do something this year. nothing big, this is what i was thinking..
-rainbow fuzzies
-turquoise fishnets
-a black tutu
-neon green halter top**
-big black top hat
and then i was gunna do like dark eyeliner with rainbow eyeshadows and also i was thinking about wearing my rainbow pyramid stud belt with it and handcuffs just for funzziess 
**ohh and maybe instead of the halter top i would get the same color shirt but like an oversized V neck t...
what do you guys think??

It sounds great. I like the the neon halter top better than a shirt but still wear the stud belt. I wouldn't do the rainbow eyeshadows cause if they mush together as the night goes on, it will look gross.
Maybe you could put your hair up in a high ponytail on one side of your head and tie it with different colored ribbons? Have fun!! : P
