Green, Pink, and Golden pastry with chocolate and raspberry filling?

I've loved this pastry/cake for a long time and it's got a green layer, pink layer, and a golden layer with a thin layer of chocolate over the top and raspberry filling and is usually cut into small cubes. Does anyone know what this is called? I'm trying to find a recipe for it. PLEASE HELP!

Italian Rainbow Cookies

Makes about 50 cookies, Cooking time one day

Ingredients:

8 ounces pre-made almond filling
1-cup sugar
4 eggs
1-1/2 cups butter
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
Green food coloring
Red food coloring
12 ounces raspberry preserves
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
2-tablespoon milk
Directions:

1. In a bowl mix with an electric mixer set to high the almond filling, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
2. Add the butter and almond extract and mix again.
3. Add the flour and mix until smooth.
4. Divide the dough into three equal parts.
5. Set one portion aside.
6. Add the green color to one portion and mix until consistent, repeat with the red color.
7. Grease the bottom and sides of three 9X12 pans.
8. Pour one color into each pan.
9. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 350-degree oven.
10. Take out of the oven and let cool for about an hour.
11. Invert the pan with the green cake onto an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
12. Spread 3 tablespoons of the preserves on the layer.
13. Now place the (yellow) uncolored layer on the green layer and repeat with the red layer.
14. Place aluminum foil on the top layer and place a heavy book on the foil.
15. Refrigerate over night.
16. The next day place the chocolate and milk in a saucepan over a low heat and stir until smooth taking care that the chocolate does not burn.
17. Spread the chocolate onto the top layer.
18. Let cool for at least an hour in the refrigerator before attempting to cut it into one inch squares.
