Which Leggings Would be best to wear as pants ?

I am 12 and very small. So i cant seem to find any skinny jeans that fit me. Someone suggested i buy some thick leggings. do you have any suggestions i was thinking either

PS. i would get the black version of the second one.

First, leggings are not replacement for pants. If you have to wear leggings as pants, make sure the top (t-shirt or tunic, etc) is long enough to cover the butt.
