Would these tights be suitable for school?

So I bought some tights similar to these:

From George, the 15 denier sheer tights 5 pack one's.
Our colour scheme for school is black and white.
We have black box skirts and with them we have to wear white knee high socks or tights. I was wondering if they were suitable.
Do you think they will be?
Any tips or advice would be helpful,

There's a link to the online site of where I bought my tights, there's an image of the packaging. If you've purchased them you'll know what I'm talking about.
Those are good looking tights, nothing funky or overly sexy about them. For that reason, if you are allowed to wear black tights with your uniform then those would do the trick.
