what is aerobic dance?
hi. I need a physical education course in college in order to graduate. So the class that I signed up for is called aerobic dance. There wasnt much info on it, and I was wondering what it was. The reason why I took it, is because I want to step out of my box, and do something different, and I figured since I recently started to work out, this would be a good match. Another question that I have is, how difficult is it physically? And lastly, is it gonna be wierd that I am a guy, and I am going to take this class?
