Do you know what kind of frog this is?

I found a frog in a sand pit near my house, and set up a cozy little home for it.

I was wondering what kind of frog it was, though? Its dark green on it's back, with much darker green spots. It's legs are orange-ish (its not one of those awesome orange eyed/legged tree frogs) with darker brownish stripes on it. He isnt very fat, so Im pretty sure he's a frog.
