Amu Hinamori Cosplay: Links PLZ!?

I plan on cosplaying amu and if that's too hard then I'll cosplay
Kagura from Fruits Basket. Anyway i plan on buying the belts, the
white undershirt (Her Uniform BTW) I made her hair peice and arm
thingy. And I'm guessing the red tie won't be hard to find either.
I'll just color some plastic eggs then put them on a chain and hook
them on one of my belts. And what I'm mainly having a problem is her
legwarmers, Blazar, and skirt. Then hair is another problem...I don't
know where to get a wig, mabey at a halloween store...Do hallooween
stores sell Pink wigs? I don't like buying things off the Internet
too. So if anyone knows any links to stores i can go to likeJCPenny or Macys for her
Skirt, Leg warmers, pink wig and black jacket, that would be really
helpful. Thanks!

Halloween shops usually carry all kinds of wigs, the only problem maybe that the quality isnt very high.
So when getting a wig it maybe better to just seek out an actual wig shop, though pricing maybe higher then what you maybe able to find the same product for online.

As for the clothing, i think the hardest thing to find would be her legwarmers, but if you - or someone you know - has even the slightest knowledge of sowing i'm sure it'll be an easy fix to just get some fabric and make them yourself.
The blazer can probably be found for cheap at your local Goodwill or Ross, although places like Macy's and JCP sell them too - just for a whole lot more.
