how to make cotton candy pink manic panic show up in brown hair?
please help!!
i cannot return it so im tryin to make it woork
Cotton candy pink won't show up well on brown hair unless its very light. Even then, you're only going to get a sheen of colour.
You'll need to bleach your hair pretty light for cotton candy pink to work. Hot hot pink would have a better chance of showing up as its darker.
