Its seems like the Gogoplata is most dangrerous because its a real choke hold unlike the rest of the list. Crush throrax means you suffocate or choke on your own blood after a short period of time.

The Crossface is a great move because your pulling your opponents neck pretty far back with that move. But the STF, not STFU, is same thing but involves hurting the knee as well. I guess, neck pain.

I also heard a real anaconda vice hurts like hell. However, a high angle arm bar does the most damage to an arm. I believe Burchill did it when he was a "student" of regal.

As for the wall of jericho, the one where he puts his knee on his opponent back is a lot more painful, but for submissions that really hurt the lower body, you should consider the brock lock, the move brock lesner made before his departure. Trapped his opponent under his leg and pulled their legs over their shoulders.

For the legs, the ankle lock. Its twisting your ankle until it snaps, and if you try to walk, the weight of your body causes it to hurt a lot more.

And for unbearable pain, maybe the iron claw, made famous by the Von Erichs.
