Rubbing alcohol ! I did it on my husband shirts all the time. Just pour it on and gentle rub with a sponge or wash cloth. It will break it up then rinse. Do it again. Apply pre wash to spot then wash. Don't put it in the dryer until you check it. You can wash it again if needed. Putting it in the dryer will set the stain. You can also use xylene -find in paint departments
