My Toshiba net book lights, but Black breaks?

I turn on my netbook, but then it comes up with a black screen with white writing and 'Home Windows normally "highlighted. This is because my team had to challenge yourself after making a strage see what I can not remember." Then he goes on logo Windows and the loading bar low. Then, when that is finished is Black and stays there. How I can make it work again?

When you open the menu "Start Windows normally" would also have an option to 'start in Safe Mode. "Have you tried this to see if the boots? Sometimes a restart of Windows in safe mode is all that is needed to fix some obscure windows startup problem.
