My karate belt is too small. What should i do?

I Just passed my test for kenpo karate for my blue belt But the belt is far too small. When i tie it the flaps come out about 1-2 cm.
What do i do

Just tell your teacher that the belt is too short. I'm sure he'll replace it for you. If not, simply buy a longer one on your own.
