I have a burgundy wine in color leggings that's been sitting in my closet for a long time. Since its winter, I figure out this is the best time to wear it.
Should I wear it with knee-high or ankle boots ? And what is the best boots color to match it with ?

If you want to wear a knee length skirt, go for the ankle boots so your leggings are visible.
If the skirt/dress is just above the knee or shorter, then the knee highs will look really cute.
Honestly, with the right sweater/dress/skirt, either will work.
